This week on the show we have the wonderful Shannon Smith on the podcast, discussing her journey with weight training and how she has used this to help so many others achieve their goals!

Shannon started her journey with weight training in 2013, started her own nutrition business in 2016, and has now worked with over 2000 people. Along the way she has won multiple British junior powerlifting competitions, the world’s strongest woman competition and helped so many people with their nutrition. 

Shannon and Jess discuss nutrition and training for women in general, and then delve in to particulars for those who are wanting to get pregnant, or who are pregnant. Shannon uses her own amazing journey and tips as an example – including protein recommendations, relationships with food, and confidence in the gym.
