This week we are lucky to welcome Jessica Childs on to the podcast. Jessica is a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s intimate health – specifically vaginal and bladder health. Jessica works with clients who have been struggling with chronic, ongoing symptoms; she helps them understand the exact cause and drivers of their symptoms, something that is often not done properly in these conditions.
Jessica starts by sharing her own personal journey with UTIs, which evoked some of her passion for the intimate health space.
Jessica delves in to the common causes of UTIs, as well as why some people experience recurrent UTIS – including hormones, age, lifestyle, and more. She also highlights how she approaches dealing with this, walking us through appropriate testing and what this tells us, nutrition, lifestyle tips, supplement choices, and more!
With so many people experiencing UTIs yet there being so little information out there, this podcast is a must!
