As we enter into Spring, here are some seasonal, Spring foods to improve your seminal health!

Dark, leafy greens like spinach and kale are rich in Folate, a vitamin which is essential for healthy sperm production and improved sperm count.

Fruits such as: oranges, lemons and grapefruits are rich in Vitamin C. This vitamin is an antioxidant that protects sperm from oxidative stress and enhances overall sperm health.

Asparagus is high in Vitamin K and Folic Acid, which are linked to sperm quality and production.

These nuts and seeds are sources of Zinc, a mineral which is key in sperm development and testosterone production. Zinc levels are also associated with sperm morphology and motility.

Tomatoes are sources of Lycopene, an antioxidant that improves sperm morphology and motility. Cooking tomatoes (e.g. in sauces) increases the bioavailability of Lycopene.
