Test kits
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to provide refunds for ScreenMe kits once they have been dispatched. As our kits are classified as medical products, please refrain from returning any unused kits to us, as we are unable to accept them. However, if you contact us via email at support@screenme.co.uk within 30 days, we can process a partial refund, excluding the £25 fulfilment fee.
In the event that your sample is delayed, haemolysed, or deemed unsuitable or insufficient, we will promptly notify you. While a full refund cannot be offered in these cases, we will provide a replacement kit at no additional cost. If the second replacement kit cannot be analysed, a fee of £25 will be applicable to cover the fulfilment fee.
Please note that refund requests received after you have sent your sample back to us cannot be accommodated. Furthermore, we are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction with test results. It is important to understand that our vaginal microbiome testing laboratory processes adhere to government-approved, clinically validated, and accredited assays. Our partner medical doctors utilise internationally published diagnostic criteria to assess potential diagnoses.
Refunds cannot be granted for errors made by customers, which may include but are not limited to mishandling of samples, failure to follow instructions outlined in the leaflet or misplacement of one or more components of the collection kit. However, we can offer a replacement kit at a cost of £25.

All products, excluding testing kits, are provided through third-party providers. Refund policies for these products will depend on the third-party providers. Please get in touch with support@screenme.co.uk for more information when necessary.
