How it works?

1. Choose your ScreenMe vaginal package

There are several ScreenMe vaginal packages to choose from, so you get exactly what you need. Each package includes your kit, scientist report, 1:1 consultation and a tailored plan of action including recommended treatment and much more!

2. Collect your sample at home

You will receive your ScreenMe kit discreetly in the post. This contains everything you need to collect your sample at home. This is an easy, pain free, swab and will only take 3 minutes. Then, simply send us your sample using the prepaid envelope from your pack.

3. Receive your results

We will analyse your samples and send you your results online, with an expert report to explain what they all mean. Your results give you specific recommendations and a plan to improve your vaginal microbiome. This includes tailored nutrition, supplement and probiotic recommendations and more!

4. Book your personal video consultation

In your consultation, one of our experts will talk through your results, answer your questions and create your tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan. This will be based on your individual results, goals, concerns & more, allowing your personal health needs to be heard. They are here to support you, so ask away and feel free to book multiple consultations!

5. Implement your bespoke plan
